Trauma-Informed Coaching
This is my new way of approaching "coaching," which we co-create together. I create a safe container where we can address your struggles, pain, and confusion to bring clarity, empowerment and gentle steps for you to be able to tap into your sacred intuition so that you can find the answers to your own healing.
Distance Reiki: Chakra Attunement
The longest of my sessions, this 1 hour and 15 minute session is a full energy recalibration of the 7-chakra system, where we focus from the root to the crown, with live sound frequency healing to assist, taking our time through each one to clear and cleanse for optimal energetic flow.
Distance Reiki: Pets (all pets are welcomed!)
This session is for your furry-friend, where I focus reiki and my own intuitive form of energy healing to help clear them of anything causing blockages that can manifest as disease or pain.
*This is meant to be used as an additional tool for your best friend's healing, not the only source. Please see a licensed veterinarian if needed.
Distance Reiki: Standard (1-hr)
This is my standard reiki healing session, where I incorporate distance reiki with sound bowl therapy, tuning fork frequency healing, as well as my own intuitive form of energy healing that especially helps those suffering from physical pain or other body ailments.
Distance Reiki: Mini (30-min)
This is a bite-sized healing session, for if you are already used to reiki and are needing a quick energy tune-up, or if you're new and wanting to taste what it is like to receive it.
Reiki (8-sessions)
This package helps with long-term healing, as reiki builds over time and each session builds a stronger connection with the healing energy. This package is offered at a discounted price as a thank you for investing in your long-term health and healing with me!
